From assessment
to production code.
We bring AI into your work, one department at a time: we start where it saves you the most time and stay until it truly works.
We don't sell yet another piece of software: we graft in a three-step method, an AI Workflow Design for every department, with compliance controls included.
- Assess
- about 1 week
- Design the playbook
- 1–2 weeks
- Graft
- 2–5 weeks
From the first assessment to the first workflow in production: typically 4–8 weeks. Indicative timings, calibrated to the complexity of the department and your systems.
What does it cost?
The first step costs nothing: the initial consultation is free, and from there you receive a detailed quote within 48 hours, with no binding commitment — you see the figure before you decide, not after. And if you manufacture, part of it is not on you: 180% hyper-depreciation and the Doppia Transizione voucher co-fund exactly the software that brings AI onto a line you already run, up to 70% of the cost. Ceilings, percentages and deadlines are in our manufacturing guide.
Not just another tool.
A graft.
Just as a graft makes two plants grow as one, we join AI to your business in three steps — and we don't stop at the document: we put it in the ground.

01Indicative duration: about 1 week
Assess
We start from where you are. Department by department, we map where AI delivers real value — with a first read on risk and compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act).
Start with the readiness test -
02Indicative duration: 1–2 weeks
Design the playbook
For every department we design an AI Workflow Design: concrete use cases, benefits, governance controls and a comparison of the right tools. A plan the people doing the work can actually read, not a slide.

03Indicative duration: 2–5 weeks
Graft Our graft
This is where others stop at documentation. We actually graft AI into your processes: we implement the workflows in your business and make them take root.
From the first assessment to the first workflow in production: typically 4–8 weeks. Indicative timings, calibrated to the complexity of the department and your systems.
An AI Workflow Design
for every department.
Not bespoke consultancy to redo every time: a reusable playbook, department by department. Concrete use cases, a comparison of the right tools, compliance controls — and then the actual graft into your processes.

Legal & Compliance
Contract review, research and regulatory oversight.
Example. A first-pass contract review and legal research that flag the risky clauses, always under the lawyer's check.

Every workflow carries its own compliance overlay — GDPR, EU AI Act, risk taxonomy. Governance is not a separate chapter: it's part of the design, from day one.

Compliance inside the workflow,
not after.
Every AI Workflow Design carries a compliance overlay: four controls that accompany every use case, so from day one you know what you can do, what must be reported and what must be documented.
In most cases you use AI, you don't build it: you're a deployer. The obligations are real but lighter — and we map them for you, without scaremongering.
One date is already set: from 2 August 2026 article 50 of the AI Act asks you to state that the user is talking to an AI. What to say, and when:
From 2 August you have to tell customers they are talking to an AI-
EU AI Act
Risk level
We place every use case at the right level of the AI Act. Most SME workflows fall under minimal or limited risk; we flag high-risk cases separately — recruitment, credit, biometrics — where the heavy obligations kick in.
-
GDPR
Impact assessment (DPIA)
We check whether the processing requires a DPIA — automated decisions, special-category data at scale, monitoring — and we write it with a section dedicated to AI-specific risks, not just the standard GDPR part.
-
Taxonomy
Risk labels
Every use case gets a structured label modelled on the MIT AI Risk Repository, not prose: a copilot's hallucinations become a traceable misinformation risk, with its mitigation right alongside.

Italy
Regulatory oversight
The Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante Privacy) and national AI principles: this is fast-moving territory, so we re-read it at every engagement rather than take it for granted. Human oversight always stays part of the design.
The overlay is the starting point to orient you — it does not replace legal advice or a specific compliance assessment, which we carry out together on your concrete case.
