How we grafted it in
Abbiamo innestato un unico «sviluppatore» fatto di agenti a ruoli distinti: un agente dà la direzione creativa, uno costruisce, e un agente valuta giocando davvero le partite e giudicando il risultato in autonomia. Design, sviluppo e bilanciamento seguono tutti questo schema. Nessuna riga di codice scritta a mano.

What we shipped
- VESTIBULE, duello psicologico contro una mente generata da un modello on-device da circa 3 miliardi di parametri, in sviluppo verso la pubblicazione
- Nadir, roguelite in cui il modello scrive a runtime piccolo codice che rimodella davvero la partita
- Ciclo direttore/costruttore/giudice che progetta, costruisce e bilancia entrambi i titoli in autonomia
A loop of autonomous agents keeps it running
This isn't a project shipped once and left to age. A team of agents with distinct roles watches over it, tuning and hardening it every day — with an independent check at every step, and no human touching the code day to day.

An agent studies the product and sets the priorities: where to optimise, which security work needs to come first.

A builder agent implements the change on its own.

A reviewer agent verifies the actual result — it doesn't trust the report from whoever wrote the code, it checks what was produced.

Only what passes the check reaches users. Then the loop starts over.
